If you are seeking to showcase a great deal of fun at your wedding, you will certainly want to play some games during your reception!
Take a Look at Ways to Cool Your Guests Off at Your Summer Wedding
Have you heard of the Shoe Game? If not, you are certainly missing out, as it is a festive game that presents fun for both couples and their guests on the big day!
We believe that every wedding should be a fun event! That’s why, here at DJ Dave Productions, as a Houston wedding DJ, we have gathered some insight to assist you with knowing how to play the shoe game at your own wedding. Would you like to learn the details? If so, be sure to continue reading:
To begin the shoe game, you will want to place two chairs back to back in the middle of your dance floor. Then, you and your partner will each take a seat. It’s important that you can’t see one another! Once you are comfortably seated, each of you will then take off your shoes. Give one of your shoes to your partner, and keep the other, so that you have a shoe of each.
The game will then begin! Your DJ, who will be prepared with a list of questions, will then ask them to you and your partner. The questions asked will be directed to you and your partner to answer, such as “who is more stubborn?” or “who is the pickiest eater?”. When asked the question, you will then either raise your shoe, or your partner’s shoe, depending on who you choose for your answer.
When to Play
You can really get your celebration started with the shoe game! So, when you are ready for your guests to hit the dance floor and start having some fun, consider starting off your festivities with the shoe game. However, know that the shoe game can also be a great ending to your wedding reception, as a way to get guests off the dance floor and conclude the night in a fun way.
The shoe game will certainly add a great deal of fun to your big day! These are just a few tips to assist you with knowing how to play.
